Day 1 of the Colin Mayer Tour turned out to be an amazing ride despite the last minute course changes that had to be made because of the "foot and mouth" private game farm restrictions. A steady climb up to Mare Longe Dam, then a fast descent down back to the West was a ride to remember...

Day 2 was a stunning ride up to Albion and through " the window" overlooking the fabulous La Ferme Dam. Well done to all participants who braved the heat and to the volunteers at the Water points... You guys made all the difference!

With only 40km's and lots of single-track in Les Salines Pilot, most riders thoroughly enjoyed Day 3. The video says it all, beautiful scenery and a competitive spirit our in front, while the back of the pack were just there to take it all in...  See you in 2017 for another great event.

Over and above the scenery, the the organisation, accommodation, meals and entertainment, what makes a truly special race are the riders that participate. In the 2016 edition, we were able to host a large majority of local riders, (Mauritian and ex-pat riders), visitors (now friends) from Reunion Island as well as many riders from South Africa.

Our camera's were able to immortalize the spirit of some of our riders in our gallery and look forward to hosting the same amazing people for the next edition!
