We made it a priority to make each rider's MTB Experience unique, friendly and as easy as possible.

Exact time to be confirmed closer to the event.

Monday 7th October - RACE PACK COLLECTION

- 12pm to 6pm: Racepack collection for kids and adults

​

Friday 11th October - 1st STAGE

- 5:30: Breakfast for Riders & Volunteers @SPARC

- 7am: Riders on start line

- 7:15am: Briefing at start line

- 7:30am: Neutralised Start 1st stage @SPARC

- 10am: Merchandise shop opens

- 10:30am: Bar & Food stalls open

- 11:30am to 2pm: Lunch

- 5pm: Merchandise shop closes

- As from 6:00pm: Leader jersey hand over

- 7 to 8:30pm: Dinner

- 8:30pm: Bar & Food stalls close

 

Saturday 12th October - 2nd STAGE

- 5:30: Breakfast for Riders & Volunteers @SPARC

- 7am: Riders on start line

- 7:15am: Briefing at start line

- 7:30am: Neutralised Start 2nd stage @SPARC

- 10am: Merchandise shop opens

- 10:30am: Bar & Food stalls open

- 11:30am to 2pm: Lunch

- 2:15pm: Kids Race (11-13 years old) - 6 to 8 km

- 2:45pm: Kids Race (9-10 years old) - 4 to 5 km

- 3:15pm: Kids Race (6-8 years old) - 2 to 3 Km

- 5pm: Merchandise shop closes

- 5:30pm: Kids Prize giving

- As from 6:00pm: Leader jersey hand over 

- 7 to 8:30pm: Dinner 

- 8:30pm: Bar & Food stalls close

 

Sunday 13th October - 3rd STAGE

- 5:30: Breakfast for Riders & Volunteers @SPARC

- 7am: Riders on start line

- 7:15am: Briefing at start line

- 7:30am: Neutralised Start 3rd stage @SPARC (Teams & One day riders)

- 10am: Merchandise shop opens

- 10:30am: Bar & Food stalls open

- 11:30am to 2pm: Lunch

- As from 12pm: Prize giving - Leader jersey hand over 

- As from 1pm: PARTY TIME

- 2pm: Merchandise shop closes

- 6pm: Bar & Food stalls close
